RAYCOSEAL ALL PURPOSE ELASTIC SEALANT is a water based acrylic sealant and waterproofer that serves as a sealant and waterproofing membrane for old and new roofs, for sealing of gutters, joints and cracks.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be smooth, sound and free from debris. Surfaces must be free from oil contamination. Concrete surfaces must be free from any trace of release oils and curing compound. As sealant, use a Spatula to scoop and apply the product on concrete joints, gutters, downspouts, fittings, parapet walls, glass, aluminum, etc.PRODUCT FEATURES
As Sealant: Apply Rayco Seal on the substrate with the use of spatula. Do not dilute with water. Apply product directly. You can use liquid detergent as surfactant on the spatula for easier finishing. As a Waterproofer: Dilute 1 part of Acrylic Sealer to 1/2 part water. Mix thoroughly in a separate clean container. Apply it with the use of roller or brush over the substrate. For roof decks and basements: 3-5 coats are recommended, for walls, kitchen, toilet and bath, 2-3 coats are recommended Allow an undercoating interval of 2-3 hours.TUTORIAL VIDEO
