The substrate must be clean, structurally sound, free of dust and contaminants such as oil, laitance, curing compounds, wax,
grease, or paint. Additionally, it must comply with current building codes and have cured for at least 28 days
PRECAUTIONS
Temperature range of use: 10°C to 45°C. The primer must be covered within 24 hours. Clean tools and equipment with water
before product dries
PRODUCT PREPARATION
- No mixing required. Stir the product in the pail prior to use and then apply an even coat using a brush or roller.
- Apply 1-2 coats of Raycoat Acryprime
- Allow 1-4 hours curing time before applying the topcoat
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Minimizes dust generation and enhances the substrate’s resistance to wear
- Effectively seals open pores in rough, absorbent concrete to impede moisture penetration and the formation of blisters.
- Optimizes bonding properties for subsequent application of waterproofing membranes.
