Raycoat Aquaflex is a premium-grade, two-component flexible cementitious waterproofing system. When mixed, it forms a
brushable, smooth slurry with excellent bond to most substrates.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Concrete surface to be treated must be clean, dry (up to 1% moisture content) and free of laitance, dirt, paint coating and other foreign materials. Structural defects such as cracks. faulty construction joints and honeycombing should be routed out to sound concrete and repair with Raycoat Aquaflex (see separate data sheet). It is recommended that Raycoat Aquaflex or sealant be formed at all corners to receive the waterproofing membrane. Area with water ponding should be repaired or grinded to let water run down to the drainageMIXING
Pour Part B (liquid) into a clean container. Slowly add Part A (powder) into the container and mix with a slow speed mechanical mixer until homogenous and Lump free. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir manually before use.PRODUCT FEATURES
