RAYCO RM10 is a fine rendering mortar for correction and repair of surface defects on concrete, especially after removing
phenolic boards. It can also be used as a traditional render for walls and ceilings. Recommended application thickness is 2 – 10
mm per coat. A second coat up to 10 mm thickness may be applied after 24 hours curing of the first coat
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be smooth, sound and free from debris. Surfaces must be free from oil contamination. Concrete surfaces must be free from any trace of release oils and curing compound. Prior to application, pre-wet the substrate with clean water, especially for outdoor applications and during hot weather conditions Note: Do not re-temper or add water to partially hardened material.MIXING
Using a plastic container, place 5 – 6 liters of clean water in the container and add 25 kg of RAYCO RM10. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3-5 minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved. Depending on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, the amount of water required may vary slightly but should not exceed 6.0 liters per 25 kg bag of RAYCO RM10. Always add powder to water.- Fine texture.
